This position consists of working from home in a noise-free area on your own desktop computer with a headset using your internet.  Customers that call in are looking for assistance for a product, service or experience they either want or need help with.  VQS is looking for top quality customer support agents to join our team and provide a positive experience for our clients and their customers.

* Must have minimum 2 years customer service experience
* Must work in United States at all times
* Must be able to pass a background check
* Must be able to speak fluent English
* Must be a US citizen

System and Equipment Requirements
• A desktop/tower computer with a separate monitor is required.
• (Dual boot machines, Netbooks, All-in-One computers and Tablets are prohibited from use)
• Minimal 1280 x 1024 monitor resolution
• Windows 10 Operating System Required
• Wired internet connection (ethernet)
• Hardwired USB noise-canceling headset with phone quality audio
• Dual monitors (recommended but not required)
• Windows 11 supported
